Hoppy Bitch IPA
This northwest IPA is bold and balanced, with a rich malty flavor and a strong hop presence. We use premium 2-Row, Crystal, Munich and Victory malts to create the perfect base for showcasing Yakima-grown Columbus hops. After one sip you’ll agree, this is one hoppy bitch of a beer.
Joker Ale
This bold amber is hoppy and unfiltered in the classic Pacific Northwest Style. We combine premium 2-Row and Crystal malts to form a pleasant malty base, then add enough Cascade and Centennial hops to create a balanced beer with a citrusy hop finish. This beer is easy to enjoy by itself and pairs well with most foods.
6% ABV 40 IBU
Mango Weizen
A refreshing beer with the subtle aroma and flavor of mangos. We use 50% wheat malt in the brew, along with premium barley and a touch of Saaz hops. Fresh mango puree is added after fermentation to create a beverage great when enjoyed by itself or paired with your favorite barbecue.
5% ABV 3 IBU
Jet Stream Lager
We brew this American style lager in small batches for superior flavor. Flaked rice is used, along with 2-Row and light Crystal malts, to create a crisp, clean beer lightly bittered with Tettnanger hops. Enjoy as a session beer or pair with your favorite foods.
4.5% ABV 14 IBU
Midnight Ale
We brew this smooth dark ale with palm sugar for an exquisite nutty flavor and pleasant sweet finish. Chocolate, Crystal and Pale malts combine with Columbus and Tettnanger hops in a balanced brew which pairs well with spicy and savory dishes.
6% ABV 15 IBU
253 Amber Ale
This bold amber is hoppy and unfiltered in the classic Pacific Northwest Style. We combine premium 2-Row and Crystal malts to form a pleasant malty base, then add enough Cascade and Centennial hops to create a balanced beer with a citrusy hop finish. This beer is easy to enjoy by itself and pairs well with most foods. We enjoy "keeping it in the 253".

Ginger Ale
This lushly flavored pale ale is brewed with ginger, galangal, and orange peel in addition to premium malts, Saaz hops, and our house ale yeast. The aromatic spices combine to create a perfect accompaniment to Asian Pacific cuisine. Close your eyes and let the captivating flavors transport you.

Our Seasonal's
Joe's Coffee Stout
Our stout, designed in collaboration with Phil Beattie of Dillanos Coffee Roasters, has a rich coffee aroma and smooth mocha finish. Flaked oats and premium malts and hops create a medium-bodied beer which is flavored with cold-brewed Sumatran coffee. The result is a deeply-colored beverage which is richly satisfying and easy to enjoy.
6.5% ABV 18 IBU
Winter Warmer
This wonderful elixir was fashioned with fresh oranges, ginger, lemongrass, thyme, nutmeg, cinnamon and local honey.
